It has been a while since I have written to you. Setting up a home-based business takes more time than I thought it would. It is not an overnight process, like I thought it would be. Fortunately the start-up costs are low, so most of my effort can go into the business. I haven't struck it with any clients yet, but that will come. Welcome to Ontis Edits. This idea grew out of a story I am writing in which a high school English teacher earns extra money by doing editing work, when she can. After the birth of her first child, she finds herself with alot of time on her hands, and with her baby sleeping about 22 hours per day, she continues with her editing work on an almost fulltime basis. (Those of you who have been in my circle will recognize this from my story, which will soon be a book.)
